I have been a Top Notch customer for 14 years. I appreciate that they are locally owned and not an arm of a big conglomerate. I have a bi-annual contract for maintenance. Eddie walked me through the steps of replacing my entire unit with professionalism and knowledge. He told me what to expect and provided extremely helpful information. I subscribe to their annual maintenance plan, so they keep my units in shape and running for a long time. In an emergency situation I call, and they come out, day and night! All the staff were very respectful of me and my home and my pets, and thorough! Same goes when I call with questions or to set up appointments. Another positive experience with Top Notch. I have been using them for close to 14 years and their technicians are always thorough, informative, and kind. This week I hired them for duct cleaning for the first time. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but Tony was extremely patient with my questions and explained things along the way. He was also very conscientious of his surroundings as he moved the large equipment around the house. I really appreciated that. He’s a great asset to the company.
