We updated both the water heater (went tankless) and HVAC system in our older house. We were impressed by both installation teams as well as the products they installed. Our system was up and running in 2 days. We also had an additional thermostat installed in a zone added for our master bedroom. The new system is very quiet, comfortable and even. Love it. Highly recommend Top Notch and the Daikin system and highly recommend the team for their expertise and careful install and fine tuning of the new system.

Logan installed a new humidifier system today and was friendly, polite, and efficient. Top Notch has an excellent communication system. They do a fantastic job reminding us when we have a service due. Also, the technician notifies you when they are on the way and you get a text with their photo and information. They always cover their shoes and do a great job with cleanup after a service call. We have used Top Notch for over 2 decades for preventative maintenance and for updated HVAC systems. . . And for emergencies! They are quick to respond, client friendly and extremely professional. We highly recommend Top Notch.

Their service continues in the superb category. Jarod, their plumber tech was very helpful, courteous, and answered all our questions. Worked above and beyond to complete our garbage disposal and sump pump replacements in the same day. 🙂

I’ve always had excellent service from Top Notch. Today was no exception. We had our yearly A/C check up. They arrived on time, were respectful of property, were efficient doing the work and explained everything they found so it was easy to understand. They live up to their name!!!

Tony stopped by this morning to check and clean my father-in-law‘s dryer vent. We have used him in the past for our home as well. He did a thorough job and is always so personable and professional. I just recommended him earlier to one of our neighbors. He’s a great asset to Top Notch.

Will was great as usual. Worked after hours to restore function to one of our AC units. Completed spring maintenance on the same visit. Darin came out to change the filters on our water softening system tanks and to service and check the membrane of our RO water filtration system. He was friendly, efficient, and professional in explaining the service he provided as part of our regular maintenance schedule.

Eddie was here checking my furnace preparing for winter. He was very friendly and professional and taught me things about the system I never knew! A great company.

Eddie walked me through the steps of replacing my entire unit with professionalism and knowledge. He told me what to expect and provided extremely helpful information. I just had the most FABULOUS experience with Top Notch. Our furnace was not working and we were experiencing freezing cold weather. The woman that answered the phone said she would get someone out asap but due to all the snow and road conditions she couldn’t guarantee a time. She then suggested two things for me to try on my own while I waited. Within 30 min, I received a call back from John and he walked me through step by step on what I needed to do. He had me send him pictures and walked me through everything since he was snowed in at the time and couldn’t get to me. I offered to Venmo him since he was able to get my unit working without even coming out. He refused and said he was happy to help. From start to finish I was so impressed with Top Notch. John and the woman that answered the phone went above and beyond and fixed my issue immediately. Thank you!

I have used Top Notch for over 20 years. I buy new HVAC equipment from them when needed. They are competitive on pricing every time. I subscribe to their annual maintenance plan, so they keep my units in shape and running for a long time. In an emergency situation I call, and they come out, day and night! It is great to have a company you can depend on to be available when needed.
