I have been a Top Notch customer for 14 years. I appreciate that they are locally owned and not an arm of a big conglomerate. I have a bi-annual contract for maintenance. Eddie was here checking my furnace preparing for winter. He was very friendly and professional and taught me things about the system I never knew! A great company.

Top Notch Heating & Cooling – the name is apropos! Eddie Garcia provided EXCEPTIONAL service! He was prompt and thorough. Eddie walked me through the steps of replacing my entire unit with professionalism and knowledge. He told me what to expect and provided extremely helpful information. This is the first time I have made a purchase of this size and in a realm I am unfamiliar with! I cannot recommend Top Notch and the guest service more! Eddie is not only an asset to Top Notch – he is now a family favorite! I wish I could give more than five stars!

I have used Top Notch for over 20 years. I buy new HVAC equipment from them when needed. They are competitive on pricing every time. I subscribe to their annual maintenance plan, so they keep my units in shape and running for a long time. In an emergency situation I call, and they come out, day and night! It is great to have a company you can depend on to be available when needed.

I used Top Notch for duct work cleaning. The service technician was very knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. He explained all of the steps he would need to undertake to complete the job and kept me updated as he worked. Highly recommend.

I have been with Top Notch for over a decade. Many different service personnel came to my home, Chris was the most recent. All the staff were very respectful of me and my home and my pets, and thorough! Same goes when I call with questions or to set up appointments. Prices are noticeably lower with all their coupons / discounts available, just ask. VERY highly recommend!!!

Another positive experience with Top Notch. I have been using them for close to 14 years and their technicians are always thorough, informative, and kind. This week I hired them for duct cleaning for the first time. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but Tony was extremely patient with my questions and explained things along the way. He was also very conscientious of his surroundings as he moved the large equipment around the house. I really appreciated that. He’s a great asset to the company.
